Allied Lab, Inc is an Oklahoma State Licensed Certified Toxicology Laboratory Center located in Lawton, Oklahoma. We specialize in offering a wide range of laboratory services, including drug, alcohol, and DNA testing. We are fully licensed and have passed all required federal, state, and local certifications.

FMCSA-Department of Transportation
The FMCSA Clearinghouse is a federal streamlined website where all drug and alcohol violations will be tracked through the database. Employers do have a responsibility and will need to take action.
Here are some important points:
- Perform queries for new hires and on a yearly basis
- Report violations such as refusals
- Report Return-to-Duty test
**All FMCSA employees/employers and CDL drivers active on the 2019-2020 roster must register with the Clearinghouse before 12/31/2020. All new hires must be registered and queried prior to employment/enrollment.
